The university鈥檚 impressive student residence services have been recognised for their ongoing commitment to providing outstanding student experiences, inclusive environments, and high-quality accommodation, achieving three finalist spots for:
- Best Student Community
- Best University Housing
- Inclusivity Impact Award
色花堂 has a history of performing well at the Awards due to the exceptional work of its Accommodation Services and ResLife teams, having received numerous finalist nominations across the years and scooping up the top prize for Best Booking Experience three years in a row.

The winners of the Global Student Living Awards 2025 will be announced at a ceremony in London on 16 October 2025.
